Event catering · Pacific Northwest

The food sells itself. The booking has to keep up.

Frankie Roe caters weekend events, from intimate gatherings to celebrations of more than a hundred guests. People decide on the photographs in seconds. What decides whether that turns into a booking is how easy the next step is.

The Charcuterie by Frankie Roe website

charcuteriebyfrankieroe.com, built and launched by InstantEdit.

What is live on the site

  • Four signature experiences shown up front with their own photography
  • Step-by-step enquiry: experience, date, then guests, location and budget
  • Weekend-only availability stated at every booking point
  • No payment required to submit a request

The problem with a contact form

A catering enquiry that just says "are you free in June?" starts a week of back and forth: which date, how many guests, which spread, what budget, where. Every round trip is a chance for the client to book someone who answered faster. And with only Saturdays and Sundays available, the date question matters more than anything else.

What we built

A warm, photography-led site that puts the spreads front and centre, with the four signature experiences (weekend brunch, the charcuterie cart, the mobile taco bar and grazing tables) laid out so a visitor can see what they would be booking before they read a word about it.

A booking form that does the qualifying

The enquiry is a short guided sequence: choose the experience, pick a date, then give guest count, location and budget range from simple choices. By the time the request lands, it already holds everything needed to quote. No payment is asked for up front, which keeps the first step low-commitment for the person booking.

Weekends only, stated plainly

Rather than hide the constraint, the site says it at every booking point. Visitors who need a Tuesday find out immediately, and the ones who reach the form are the ones who can actually book.
