Custom build · Honolulu, HI

A fabrication shop that was invisible online.

Arch Hawaii builds sets, sculpture and millwork for museums, resorts and film. The work was extraordinary. The website captured none of it.

The problem was not traffic

People were already finding Arch Hawaii. What was missing was a way for them to say what they wanted built. There was no path from “this is impressive” to “here is my project”, so interest arrived and left without leaving a name.

What we built

A site that leads with the work, and one honest call to action: Start a build. It asks the two questions that actually matter, how big and what kind, then gets out of the way. Behind it, every submission lands in a dashboard, sends an alert, and syncs to the CRM. Nothing depends on anyone remembering to check an inbox.

What came in

Real projects, in the first three weeks. Not newsletter signups.

Seven of the nine are shown. Two were repeat submissions from people already listed, and one was a job application rather than a project.

The part that keeps working

A launched site is the start, not the finish. Every one of those enquiries arrives in a dashboard with an alert attached, and lands in the CRM automatically. That is what the monthly pays for, and it is why a quiet week is visible instead of invisible.

Your business, on a design like this.

Browse the library, put your own name on one and see it live before you decide anything. If it is right, we build it properly and wire every enquiry straight to you.
