Vacation rental management · Hawai'i

Their own homes were on someone else's website.

Aloha Property Managers runs two businesses from one site: winning homeowners who need their property managed, and winning guests who want to book it. Only one of them was actually working.

The Aloha Property Managers website

alohapropertymanagers.com, built and launched by InstantEdit.

What is live on the site

  • Every managed home has its own page on their own domain
  • Live availability and real quoted pricing, per stay
  • Booking still completes on the platform they already use
  • Owner acquisition and guest booking kept as separate paths

The problem was a single iframe

Their rentals page was a window onto a booking platform's own domain. Guests could book, which is why it had survived, but every property page, every photograph and every search result belonged to that platform rather than to Aloha. Years of listings had earned traffic for somebody else's website. There was no direct booking channel because there was nothing on their domain to find.

What we built

Their real inventory, pulled live from the management platform's API onto their own site. Every home now has its own page with photographs, amenities, availability and pricing quoted for the dates you choose, not a static rate card that goes stale. Checkout still hands off to the platform they already use, so nothing about how they operate had to change. The listings became theirs; the plumbing stayed where it was.

Why the prices are real

Nightly rates on the site are genuine quotes, requested per stay, so dynamic pricing shows through exactly as it does at checkout. A guest never sees a number on the site that changes when they go to book. That is harder to build than a fixed price list, and it is the difference between a brochure and a booking channel.

The other half of the business

The homepage still has one job above all others: convince a homeowner to hand over their property. So the site leads with the owner story and the founder, and keeps the guest path deliberately one click away rather than competing with it.

Your business, on a design like this.

Put your own name on one and see it live before you decide anything.
